As a Director and Founder of Aventis Group, Hausman’s strength lies in acqisition, planning process, contractual agreements with top first-year builders and project delivery.
Prior projects include high profile and multi-million dollar developments in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs (four and five apartment complexes in the two million dollar plus range per apartment) including the completion of the Australia Post Site in Crown Street Darlinghurst, valued at over $20m. Hausman also has interests in the Criterion Hotel in Sydney and has leaseholds and freeholds on a number of country New South Wales hotels.
Hausman’s most recent developments and projects were the completion of Melbourne’s iconic Chevron Hotel, which comprised 300 units and retail space, valued at $188m, Cameray Square in which Hausman precommited all of the retail and commercial space to Stockland Property Group, as well as the completion of 39 apartments. This project had a total project value of $120m. His most recent acquisitions include sites in Sydney fringe locations, such as Surry Hills, the Inner West and the North Shore. These current projects represent a current pipeline of $500m.
