Chevron Green Apartments Melbourne: 519-539 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC 3004
Chevron Hotel was purchased for $16.5 million in 2001. Hausman, dis-guarded the previous approval for two high rise towers and demolition of the iconic Chevron hotel.
Hausman, decided to retain the historic building and do a refurbishment engaging Peddle Thorp architects and SJB architects for the interiors. Also recognising the St Kilda Road tree lined boulevard Hausman engaged well known landscape designer Rick Eckersley who created a wonderful garden retreat within Chevron Green.

Cammeray Square site, previously the Mitre 10 location (former Sam Miguel Hotel) was purchased in 2003 for $20 million. The approval was granted through the land and environment court for 45 residential apartments and approximately 6,000 square metres of retail and commercial space.
Hausman, pre committed leases to Harris Farm and ABC Child Care and ended up negotiating a pre sale to Stockland in excess of $40 million prior to construction. With these pre commitments in place funding was arranged and the development was completed in 2009.

The former Australia Post site in Crown Street, Darlinghurst was purchased in 2001 for over $5 million. The well known Marchese Partners architects were engaged the brief to retain the existing facade of this unique building.
Consent was granted for construction of 35 residential apartments and 3 retail spaces. Hausman pre sold 25 of the apartments prior to construction as well as pre committing 2 of the retail spaces to Waga Mama and Mad Mex.

Hausman, combined two 700 metre square blocks which fronted onto Wollahra golf course. Well known Italian architect Ercole Palazzetti was engaged and designed the 5 luxury 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. 4 of 5 apartments were pre sold off the plan.
